This role is pivotal in shaping the future of Artificial Intelligence by advising clients on innovative AI strategies, developing practical solutions with Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI, and actively driving digital transformation while expanding your expertise through engaging projects.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Analyze: Analyze business models, processes, and data landscapes to identify AI value creation potential and develop AI and Agentic strategies.
• Implement: Conceive and implement modern AI solutions and Agentic AI systems from Proof of Concept (PoC) to production, including selecting appropriate technologies, platforms, and architectures.
• Advise: Moderate workshops, conduct holistic company analyses for AI transformation, and advise specialists and executives throughout the AI transformation journey.
• Collaborate: Gather and manage functional and technical requirements in close collaboration with business stakeholders, as well as data, software, and cloud teams.
• Lead: Take responsibility for steering AI projects, ensuring quality, and developing methods, standards, and best practices.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Completed education or degree coupled with 3-5 years of relevant professional experience within Data Science, Data Engineering, or AI Engineering.
• Experience: 3-5 years of practical development experience applying Machine Learning, Generative AI, Large Language Models, and Agentic AI approaches. Proven experience with modern AI and Cloud platforms such as Azure AI, Databricks, AWS, or GCP, alongside data architectures and MLOps/LLMOps concepts.
• Skills: Expertise in AI Governance, data protection, information security, and regulatory requirements including EU AI Act or GDPR. Demonstrated strong consulting capabilities, flexibility, and effective communication skills at all levels. Fluent in both German and English, with a willingness to engage in project-related travel.
