What You’ll Actually Do
• Management: Manage the T24 Testing Team’s deliverables effectively.
• Planning: Create feasible test plans and track schedules to meet project timelines.
• Execution: Prepare test data, execute test cases, and report progress timely, with proactive recovery planning for delays.
• Quality Assurance: Identify, log, track, and report defects and issues, clarifying them with business analysts and developers.
• Strategy: Define comprehensive test automation and performance test strategies.

The Must-Haves
• Background: This Manager-level role requires 10+ years of total work experience, with at least 7 years specifically focused on testing the Temenos Core Banking product (T24). Candidates must possess comprehensive knowledge of T24 retail and corporate banking functionalities, including Account, Funds Transfer, Teller, FX, Money Market, Loans and Deposit, SWIFT, and reporting modules such as advice and statements.
• Experience: Proven experience in developing robust automation strategies, creating frameworks, and scripting for reducing manual efforts using tools like Selenium or Playwright is essential. The role also requires practical experience in DevOps methodologies, utilizing AI technology (e.g., Co-pilot), and proficiency with defect management tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps. Significant team management experience is also a key requirement.
• Skills: Deep expertise in Temenos Core Banking product (T24) functionalities for both retail and corporate banking. Proficiency in developing test automation strategies, frameworks, and scripts using Selenium or Playwright. Practical experience with DevOps methodologies and defect management tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps. Basic Unix/Linux knowledge is also required, coupled with strong analytical, algorithmic, and troubleshooting skills.
• Bonus: Advantageous qualifications include experience across the full SDLC, prior testing exposure within MUFG or other financial institution’s banking systems, a Bachelor’s degree in computing or a relevant field, and a thorough understanding of controls within a Banking environment.
