The Tone:
This is an entry-level professional development program at Quad, located primarily in Sussex, WI, with requirements for relocation to other U.S. facilities. Quad is a global marketing experience company that uses its data-driven integrated marketing and manufacturing platform to streamline solutions for clients. This program is designed to accelerate the careers of trainees by building project management, business acumen, and foundational leadership skills, preparing them for impactful roles within the organization.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Rotations: Participate in immersive, six-month rotations across key business functions including Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Human Resources, Data Analytics, Finance, Creative Operations, and Legal.
• Project Management: Manage projects, make strategic contributions, and collaborate across teams to deepen understanding of operations and drive company success.
• Problem Solving: Engage with real-world business challenges, applying knowledge and skills to solve problems and deliver innovative solutions that move the business forward.
• Leadership Development: Build foundational leadership skills by learning to influence others, manage projects, think critically, and align work with the company’s business goals.
• Executive Interaction: Regularly interact with and learn from top executives through mentorship, networking events, and executive-led panels to gain insights into leadership and strategy.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Recent completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, with applications accepted up to 9 months in advance of graduation. This is an entry-level position.
• Experience: Willingness to relocate to different Quad sites within the U.S. for six months or more, and a strong interest in gaining a broad understanding of business operations. Legal right to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically, with a demonstrated capacity for problem-solving and innovation.
• Bonus: A proactive mindset and a drive to solve challenges creatively, a basic understanding of key business functions such as marketing, finance, and data analytics, or a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Finance, Graphic Communications, Marketing, Communications, or Packaging.
