Supervisor Finance (Client Billing) | BCD Travel

This role is crucial for supervising direct reports, ensuring high levels of quality and productivity in client billing, supporting daily finance activities, and managing client reconciliations to maximize efficiency, accuracy, EBITDA, and cash flow.

• Pay: $65000–$75000 yearly
• Team: Part of the divisional finance department, supervising direct reports.
• Mission: Ensure high levels of quality and productivity in client billing and support daily finance operations to maximize efficiency, accuracy, EBITDA, and cash flow.
• Tech Stack: SAP, ADS / Global MAX, Microsoft Word, Excel, ERP, word processing, spreadsheets

What You’ll Actually Do
• Supervise Performance: Oversee the performance of direct reports, ensuring high levels of quality, productivity, and the meeting of standard deadlines.
• Support Operations: Support the daily activities of the divisional finance department to ensure smooth operation.
• Manage Client Billing: Manage monthly and ongoing billing processes and reporting for external clients.
• Complete Reconciliations: Complete client reconciliations for both new and existing clients.
• Coach & Evaluate Staff: Coach and mentor staff, conduct annual performance evaluations, and review progress quarterly to support team development.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor degree in accounting / finance, or equivalent experience.
• Experience: Prior experience in accounting / finance.
• Skills: Proficiency with ERP, word processing, and spreadsheets; Proficiency in SAP, ADS / Global MAX, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
