What You’ll Actually Do
• Business Opportunity Support: Assist in identifying and developing new commercial opportunities specifically within the Utilities sector.
• Collaborative Client Work: Partner with senior sales and delivery teams on ongoing client engagements and projects.
• Sales Material Contribution: Play a role in creating and refining proposals, presentations, and client outreach materials.
• Strategic Research: Conduct research on target accounts to generate insights and convert them into effective engagement strategies.
• Client Interaction & Follow-up: Participate actively in client meetings and manage the necessary follow-up actions and next steps.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early-career professional with 0-3 years of experience in Business Development, Consulting, Sales, or similar commercial roles.
• Experience: Demonstrated initiative and ownership, such as independently driving projects or taking responsibility for outcomes.
• Skills: Clear communication, comfort interacting with others, thoughtful problem-solving, a willingness to ask questions and learn, organizational ability, and follow-through on commitments. An interest in technology, business growth, and industry trends is also required.
• Bonus: Prior experience gained through internships, consulting programs, or project-based work. Exposure to client-facing environments or sales processes. An interest in the Utilities, Energy, or related industries.
