What You’ll Actually Do
• Design: Design the governance model for cloud partner enablement programs on a global scale.
• Build: Build end-to-end cloud certification and onboarding journeys specifically tailored to partner needs.
• Orchestrate: Orchestrate cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, Services, and Marketing, to ensure program success.
• Establish: Establish scalable processes that support cloud go-to-market motions and foster partner growth.
• Define: Define clear operational frameworks to ensure accountability, execution discipline, and clarity across all program activities.
• Measure: Measure program performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives through insightful data analysis.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience, coupled with 8+ years of experience in channel programs, cloud enablement, or partner operations.
• Experience: 8+ years in relevant channel or partner roles, comprehensive experience with hyperscaler ecosystems and cloud marketplace dynamics, and experience designing partner journeys within complex cloud environments.
• Skills: Ability to work independently while effectively influencing senior stakeholders across various functions, strong capacity for leveraging data and metrics to ensure accountability, and a proven track record of delivering measurable impact on business outcomes.
