Senior Strategy Manager | Hewlett Packard Enterprise

This is a full-time role at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, located in Israel. HP Inc’s Graphics Solutions Business (GSB) is a global, multi-billion-dollar business that is digitizing the industrial print market. GSB offers industry-leading hardware, supplies, software, and services across commercial print, packaging, signage, decor, construction documents, and emerging segments. This role is crucial for driving portfolio strategy, strategic planning, and investment prioritization to strengthen GSB’s competitive position and shape the future of the graphics industry.

• Mission: Translate long-term ambitions into clear strategic choices, portfolio priorities, and growth plans to strengthen GSB’s competitive position and shape the future of the graphics industry.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead Strategic Planning: Direct GSB’s strategic planning processes, including long-range planning and portfolio reviews, translating vision into actionable priorities and investment trade-offs.
• Manage Portfolio & Investments: Develop an integrated view of GSB’s business portfolio, evaluating performance, and shaping investment prioritization and resource allocation recommendations across the organization.
• Advise Leadership: Act as a strategic advisor, structuring analyses for key strategic questions, developing market assessments, and facilitating executive discussions with clear choices and recommendations.
• Support Inorganic Growth: Evaluate and support mergers, acquisitions, investments, and strategic partnerships, ensuring they are assessed in the context of GSB strategy and portfolio priorities.
• Align GSB Divisions: Foster alignment across business units and supporting functions on strategic priorities, creating a common strategic framework, planning cadence, and portfolio dialogue.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree required; Senior-level experience in corporate strategy, strategic planning, or corporate development within technology, industrial manufacturing, software, services, or capital equipment businesses.
• Experience: 7-12 years of experience leading complex strategic initiatives, influencing senior stakeholders, and developing business strategies, portfolio recommendations, and executive-level decision materials.
• Skills: Exceptional strategic thinking and structured problem-solving; strong financial and analytical skills, with the ability to translate analysis into executive recommendations; excellent executive communication, storytelling, and presentation abilities.
• Bonus: MBA or equivalent advanced business education preferred; experience with M&A, strategic partnerships, venture investments, or portfolio expansion is highly desirable.
