Project Administrator | ACCIONA
The Tone:

This Project Administrator role supports the SR400 Express Lanes Project, a $4.6 billion infrastructure initiative led by SR400 Constructors, a joint venture involving ACCIONA, commissioned by the Georgia Department of Transportation and Georgia State Road and Tollway Authority. This project will enhance mobility along one of Georgia’s busiest corridors by adding two 16-mile express lanes and improving the corridor, and the Project Administrator’s work is crucial for managing the financial backbone of this significant undertaking, with construction anticipated to complete in 2031.

• Mission: Owns the accurate processing, tracking, and maintenance of vendor invoices, project costs, and financial records to support the SR400 Express Lanes Project.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Process: Process and match vendor invoices with corresponding purchase orders and all necessary backup documentation like receipts and tickets.
• Code: Accurately code project expenses to their designated cost codes.
• Reconcile: Reconcile vendor statements, resolve billing discrepancies, and maintain vendor files, digital archives, and audit documentation.
• Track: Track and support project-related costs, including employee and equipment timesheets, and contribute to other financial operations.
• Support: Support month-end close tasks, including cost accruals, and assist with the setup of new suppliers while maintaining accurate database records.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Minimum qualification: Associate Degree. Career level: Early-Career. Education requirement + core domain knowledge: Associate Degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Experience: Experience preferred.
• Skills: Verbal and written communication skills; developing analytical skills; takes personal ownership over tasks and asks for help, when needed.
