• Mission: This person owns the accurate processing and application of payments and credits, maintaining customer account data and ensuring financial compliance.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Payment Application: Performs the daily application of check payments to customer accounts.
• Credit Management: Creates, processes, and applies credit memos accurately to customer accounts.
• Account Review: Reviews customer applications to ensure their completion and accuracy.
• Data Entry: Enters customer information to establish and create new customer accounts.
• Compliance Assurance: Ensures adherence to industry regulations and established credit policies and procedures.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Requires a High School Diploma or GED, with core domain knowledge in accounts receivable operations and compliance.
• Experience: Demonstrated 10-key entry experience.
• Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook), mathematical knowledge, and strong time management to meet deadlines.
• Bonus: An Associate or Bachelor’s degree is preferred, and experience with Oracle NetSuite or AS400 is a plus.
