Mobility Rotation Program | Axalta

The Tone:
This is a full-time rotational program for recent college graduates with potential for relocation and travel within the United States. Axalta is a global leader in coatings technology, engineering solutions that protect products and add beauty across various industries. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience, collaborate with experts, and contribute to impactful projects within the company’s digitalization and automation efforts. You will develop a broad set of technical skills while providing solutions to projects across the organization, shaping the future of coatings.

• Mission: Improve business processes and performance through digitalization, automation, data analysis, and problem-solving, providing solutions across the organization.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Digitalization & Automation: Focus on improving business processes and performance through data analysis and problem-solving.
• Digital Solution Development: Collaborate with manufacturing teams to analyze business processes and develop digital solutions to display and optimize results.
• Tool Implementation: Implement developed digital tools and drive their adaptation across various functions including manufacturing, supply chain, capacity planning, and engineering.
• Capacity Planning Support: Assist in developing and optimizing capacity planning tools, utilizing them to inform business decisions when quoting new opportunities.
• Supply Chain Enhancement: Improve supply chain planning processes to optimize production schedules, reduce inventory, and enhance product delivery metrics.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level recent college graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, or another business-related field with a clear technical interest.
• Experience: Graduating between December 2025 and June 2026. Experience building dashboards or reports using PowerBI or similar BI tools. Must be open to potential relocation and/or travel for rotations.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including look up, pivot tables, data modeling, and transformation), strong communication, highly self-motivated, problem-solving, data analysis.
• Bonus: Minimum 3.0 GPA, desire to be a future leader, aspiration to gain broad business exposure, history of innovative thinking, operates with integrity and accountability.
