The Tone:
This is an early career Accountant position at Enterprise Mobility, based in Orange, CA. What You’ll Actually Do
• Prepare: Prepare accurate financial statements, journal entries, expense accruals, and allocations by applying established accounting procedures and principles.
• Conduct: Conduct comprehensive branch audit evaluations, manage financial records, and assemble bank reconciliations and account schedules.
• Participate: Participate actively in the timely and accurate month-end closing process and assist personnel with accounting policy questions.
• Analyze: Analyze income statement fluctuations to identify key insights and provide valuable process improvement and cost-saving ideas.
• Support: Support budgeting and forecasting initiatives, contribute to financial reporting, ensure compliance across various accounting functions, and potentially manage T&E reports and tax returns.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, providing a strong foundation in core financial concepts and practices.
• Experience: No specific years of prior experience are explicitly required; however, candidates must demonstrate basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word for daily tasks.
• Skills: Essential skills include a solid understanding of accounting procedures and principles, financial statement preparation, financial analysis, and the ability to manage detailed financial records.
• Bonus: Candidates with a CPA, CMA, or a Master’s in Accountancy are highly preferred and will receive a higher starting annual compensation. Additionally, flexibility to relocate outside the local area or state within a 1-3 year period for promotional opportunities is a significant advantage, and applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
