• Team: DHL Industrial Projects (IP) within DHL Global Forwarding (DGF) Integrated Solutions, mentored by a senior leader within IP.
• Mission: To develop project logistics expertise through diverse functional assignments and contribute to delivering innovative transport solutions for global customers.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Operations: Rotate through foundational assignments in Operations, Pricing, and Commercial to understand core business principles and processes.
• Specialization: Engage in specialized assignments covering Digital, FCL Procurement, Chartering & Vessel Operation, and Controlling & Finance.
• Broaden Expertise: Participate in roles related to Ocean Freight, Hub Operations, and Health Safety & Environment to gain comprehensive knowledge.
• Solution Development: Contribute to innovative solutions for customers and shape the future of Industrial Projects using acquired experience and skills.
• Network Building: Participate in customer engagements and attend leading industry conferences to build a professional network and enhance career opportunities.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in business, international business, supply chain, logistics, or engineering. This is an Entry-Level role as part of a graduate program.
• Experience: Excellent academic records (GPA 3.0 minimum preferred) or 2 years of relevant working experience, or military background. Extra-curricular activities demonstrating strong team or leadership experience.
• Skills: Strong English communication skills (oral and written), adaptability to changing working environments, sensitivity to diverse working teams, inquisitiveness, self-motivation with a can-do attitude, strong work ethic, and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Bonus: An additional language will be beneficial. Full mobility and willingness to travel and stay in foreign countries during multiple placements abroad.
