Global Pensions Manager | Molson Coors Beverage Company
The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Molson Coors, located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, with a hybrid work model. This role is crucial for managing the financial strategy of global pension plans and ensuring optimal investment performance and risk mitigation for the enterprise.

• Mission: Manage the enterprise pension financial strategy, outsourced Chief Investment Officers, and North America DC plans to optimize financial outcomes and mitigate risk.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, large language models (LLMs), AI-powered tools
What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage: Manage enterprise pension governance processes including investment strategy, funding, and risk management.
• Quantify: Quantify, forecast, and report the financial impacts of pension activities, such as pension expense.
• Optimize: Collaborate with global defined benefit and defined contribution fiduciaries to optimize plan asset allocation strategies, investment manager evaluation, and plan benefit design.
• Implement: Partner with global Outsourced Chief Investment Officers to enhance pension investment performance, mitigate enterprise financial risk, and implement strategic changes including liability management and risk settlements.
• Govern: Direct all Governance and Investment Subcommittee materials for North America Pension and DC plans, as well as Global Finance Committee materials for Global Pensions, and review global pension reporting for 10-Q’s and 10-K’s.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in finance or a related field, with strong practical knowledge of pensions.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in global treasury, finance, and relevant analytical finance work within a complex, multinational environment.
• Skills: Strong practical knowledge of pensions, advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, the ability to work effectively in a global matrix environment, strategic thought leadership, and excellent communication skills.
• Bonus: MBA or CFA preferred, knowledge of large language models (LLMs) and AI-powered tools is a plus.
