Sr. Omnichannel Marketing Manager | Neurocrine Biosciences
The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Neurocrine Biosciences, likely located in San Diego, CA. The company is dedicated to discovering, developing, and commercializing life-changing treatments for patients with under-addressed neurological, psychiatric, endocrine, and immunological disorders. What You’ll Actually Do
• Oversee: Implement and monitor the performance of approved paid media and digital channel plans within integrated omnichannel campaigns, identifying issues and optimization opportunities.
• Manage: Execute key campaigns and pilots tactically, including those leveraging current and new omnichannel capabilities.
• Partner: Collaborate with marketing operations to execute and test marketing automation campaigns, encompassing email UAT, workflow validation, and deployment.
• Own: Manage the day-to-day centralization of omnichannel marketing data, ensuring data flows, definitions, and outputs support campaign execution and performance tracking.
• Support: Provide performance-driven input for content and UX execution on web and owned digital properties, aligning with customer needs and established SEO, GEO, and AEO best practices.
The Must-Haves
• Background: BS/BA degree in marketing, communications, or life sciences, or a Master’s degree in marketing, life sciences, or business administration, with a focus on digital or omnichannel marketing.
• Experience: 8+ years of experience (or 6+ years with a Master’s degree) executing omnichannel marketing campaigns across paid media, web, email, and marketing automation. This includes understanding compliance and regulatory concepts in biopharmaceutical or similarly regulated industries, and supporting marketing in complex buying processes (B2B, account-based models).
• Skills: Strong knowledge of marketing fundamentals to apply brand and customer objectives to campaign execution; ability to assess and synthesize insights for optimization recommendations; demonstrated effectiveness in cross-functional collaboration; strong project and execution management; proven analytical abilities; and strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
