What You’ll Actually Do
• Develop a strong foundational career path through a comprehensive 24-month rotational leadership program across U.S. Consumer Cards, gaining broad organizational understanding.
• Collaborate with experienced professionals and leaders to contribute to strategic initiatives and help deliver innovative solutions that meet evolving customer needs and market trends.
• Gain extensive hands-on experience and broad exposure across a variety of business groups (including Cards, Marketing, Citi Retail Services, Customer Experience, Chief Operating Office (COO), Analytics & Pricing, and Risk) and functional opportunities (such as Product Management, Strategy, Innovation, and Analytics).
• Benefit from dedicated mentorship, personalized coaching, and robust networking opportunities across the organization, including engagement with an active Analyst alumni network.
• Position yourself for Assistant Vice President (AVP)-level opportunities within Citi upon successful completion of the rotational program.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Undergraduate degree, graduating between December 2026 and June 2027. This is an Entry-Level role.
• Experience: Maintained a GPA of 3.3 or above; U.S. Work Authorization is required.
• Skills: Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities; Effective communication skills; Adaptability, determination, and a collaborative approach; Detail-orientation and organizational proficiency.
