• Mission: Prepare and develop the next generation of leaders within the finance and accounting organization through a three-year rotational program.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, Power BI

What You’ll Actually Do
• Undertake Rotations: Complete a three-year rotational program, spending 12 months in each rotation, to develop leadership and technical skills across various finance and accounting functions such as FP&A, Controlling, and Internal Audit.
• Receive Training: Benefit from comprehensive onboarding and ongoing training each year, designed to hone functional competencies, gain business insights, and develop leadership capabilities.
• Build Community: Dive into nVent’s welcoming community by engaging in social, professional, and service-related activities, and explore Employee Resource Groups for additional networking and professional development.
• Leverage Mentorship: Forge connections with a network of peers, managers, and senior leaders, benefiting from both formal and informal mentorship as you navigate through the program’s rotations.
• Accelerate Career: Utilize firsthand experiences designed to cultivate future leaders, accelerating your career path within a global organization.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Hold or be currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline, with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.
• Experience: Possess previous internship or work experience and be authorized to work in the United States without restrictions now or in the future. Geographic flexibility is required both during and upon completion of the program.
• Skills: Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, coupled with excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities essential for success in a rotational program.
• Bonus: Exhibit knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, experience with data analytics and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI, and proven leadership experience.
