What You’ll Actually Do
• Business HR: Drive talent solutions based on data insights and execute processes to improve business performance.
• Labor Relations: Execute labor strategies and manage day-to-day labor relations activities.
• Employee Relations: Investigate allegations of misconduct and potential policy violations.
• Talent Acquisition: Develop branding and sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent to raise the collective capability of the organization.
• Programs Design: Design programs, plans, and guidelines to meet business needs in line with corporate intent.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Candidates for this early career position must hold a Master’s degree, having recently graduated or with an upcoming graduation date. A strong academic performance in core programs is required, alongside a clear interest in Human Resources or a foundational background in HR education.
• Experience: No specific years of professional experience are mandated for entry into this development program.
• Skills:
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, essential for effective interfacing across all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently within a complex work environment.
• A strong drive to cultivate a positive work environment, actively valuing and leveraging a diverse workforce.
• The capacity to operate with significant autonomy and discretion in a complex and evolving professional context.
• Proven leadership skills, as evidenced through academic pursuits or prior experiences.
