Career Pathways Program Associate (2027-2028 Cohort) | Alfa Laval

• Pay: $77000 yearly

What You’ll Actually Do
• Learn: Acquire knowledge of Alfa Laval’s diverse product portfolio, technologies, markets, customers, and business operations across all divisions.
• Train: Participate in structured development activities designed to build technical, commercial, and operational expertise.
• Collaborate: Work with peers and leaders on cross-functional projects that support business objectives and foster professional growth.
• Network: Build relationships with teams across engineering, sales, service, operations, finance, and supply chain.
• Contribute: Apply problem-solving skills and propose new ideas to support continuous improvement initiatives.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a technical field. This is an entry-level role for recent college graduates.
• Experience: Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0. Candidates must be willing to relocate to a U.S. Alfa Laval location upon program completion and able to travel domestically and internationally up to 50% during the program. Must reside in the U.S. or have an established presence.
• Skills: Strong technical acumen, problem-solving ability, capability to interpret technical data from multiple sources, proven customer service orientation, effective communication skills, and a team player mindset.
• Bonus: Knowledge of heat transfer, rotating equipment, or fluid separation/filtration.
