• Pay: $94000–$123400 yearly
• Team: Reports to the General Manager and collaborates with Chain Sales Executives and Field Marketing
• Mission: Accountable for meeting or exceeding sales volume, distribution, merchandising, and promotion and program execution targets within an allocated geography

What You’ll Actually Do
• Drive Sales Growth: Lead and execute customer and solution-based selling initiatives with Distributors to meet or exceed sales volume targets.
• Measure Performance: Implement and monitor appropriate qualitative and quantitative measures to assess brand health and channel/customer volume effectively.
• Enhance Partner Capabilities: Execute hands-on training for partners, focusing on developing their category skills and competencies.
• Achieve Program Execution: Ensure effective communication of monthly and annual volume and executional goals, driving their successful implementation.
• Optimize Investments & Programs: Manage problem resolution as required, assist in developing effective customer merchandising tools and programming, and maintain sound investment practices to deliver strong results.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 4+ years in sales or another relevant field.
• Skills: Demonstrate the ability and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned market or territory, including for occasional meetings and events, and act with appropriate urgency to market events and trends. Exhibit confidence, competence, diplomacy, and professional judgment in developing and maintaining excellent business relationships, coupled with skilled negotiation focused on client needs and an innovative style. Possess strong skills in building compelling selling stories and effectively utilizing analytical tools to inform strategy and execution. Capably complete complex projects quickly and adeptly by understanding business priorities, building collaborative relationships, and taking accountability for results with integrity.
