2027 NextGen Leadership Development Program | Miramar, FL | Women of the Vine & Spirits

The Tone:
This is a full-time rotational leadership program at Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits, located in Miramar, FL, with additional opportunities in Dallas, TX. Southern Glazer’s is North America’s largest total beverage distributor, a family-owned business established in 1933 that truly invests in its people. This program is designed to develop the next generation of leaders for the company, equipping them with essential skills, hands-on experience, and networking opportunities to shape their future careers.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Rotate: Across four, six-month core functions, taking on leadership assignments and projects to gain comprehensive operational understanding.
• Learn: The processes, methods, skills, knowledge, and experience necessary to deliver value to the organization.
• Understand: How to define a problem, scope a project, determine key deliverables, identify challenges, anticipate outcomes, and deliver tangible business benefits.
• Develop: Essential traits in decision-making, teamwork, critical thinking, dealing with ambiguity, and problem-solving through practical application.
• Engage: With senior leadership and build a national peer network through intensive training and mentorship opportunities.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree required, with preferred degrees including Business Administration/Management, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Supply Chain/Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a multi-disciplinary program. This is an entry-level program for graduating seniors (December 2026 & May 2027) or those up to two years post-graduation.
• Experience: Demonstrated leadership in academic or work environments and a proven track record of delivering results. Must be 21 years old or older at the program’s start in July 2027.
• Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams, clear and concise verbal and written communication skills, adaptability to changing environments, eagerness to learn, openness to feedback, commitment to self-improvement, initiative, influence, and a desire to lead.
• Bonus: Willingness to relocate to either Miramar, FL, or Dallas, TX for the duration of the program.
