Leadership Development Program Associate | National Corporate Housing

The Tone:
This is a full-time, relocation-required, in-person role within National Corporate Housing’s global operations. What You’ll Actually Do
• Gain insight: Gain exposure to various departments across the company through a rotational program.
• Develop skills: Participate in interactive training sessions focusing on leadership, communication, team dynamics, and conflict resolution.
• Lead projects: Take the lead on high-impact projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results and enhance guest satisfaction.
• Enhance experience: Play a pivotal role in enhancing the guest experience by implementing solutions and identifying areas for improvement.
• Understand strategy: Work closely with senior leadership to understand the strategic direction and operational impacts of the business.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience: No specific years of experience required.
• Skills: Strong communication across all organizational levels, creative problem-solving, adaptability, and resourcefulness.
• Bonus: Previous experience in hospitality or customer service.
