• Mission: To ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records and support various accounting functions, contributing to sound financial reporting for the company.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, adhering to GAAP and relevant regulations.
• Account Management: Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial records.
• Journal Entries & Closing: Prepare journal entries and provide support for month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Cross-Departmental Coordination: Assist in coordinating moderately complex accounting matters and reporting across various internal departments, locations, divisions, and with external customers.
• Audit Support: Support both internal and external audits by ensuring the timely availability of necessary documentation.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field, or equivalent experience. This role is specifically for recent graduates participating in the 2027 Graduate Development Program, focusing on building foundational knowledge in accounting principles and practices.
• Experience: No specific professional work experience is required, as this program is designed for new graduates. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to engage with assignments of moderate technical and logistical complexity and apply academic knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Skills: Technical knowledge of various accounting principles and practices, foundational analytical and problem-solving skills, effective interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
