What You’ll Actually Do
• Business Immersion: Rotate through various departments to understand the business from a leadership perspective.
• Sales Engagement: Participate in outside sales activities to promote offerings and cultivate customer relationships.
• Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure exceptional service.
• Data Analysis: Contribute to analyzing sales data to support informed business decision-making.
• Project Collaboration: Work with key leaders on projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level professional who has obtained or will obtain a Bachelor’s degree within six months of employment. This program is structured for individuals embarking on their professional journey in business operations and management.
• Experience: Must fulfill all requirements stipulated by the Department of Transportation (DOT) for operating a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. This specifically includes possessing an active driver’s license and being at least 21 years of age prior to the first day of employment.
• Skills: Capability to successfully obtain a DOT medical certification and provide comprehensive documentation regarding previous employment, both essential for compliance with DOT regulations for operating company vehicles.
• Bonus: Prior co-op or internship experience in roles such as Customer Service, Sales, Production, or Administrative functions; an academic background with a major in business or a related field; demonstrated leadership or management involvement through campus activities or other extracurricular endeavors; and a clear willingness to relocate regionally during, or at the conclusion of, the program.
