Finance Leadership Program 2027 Cohort | Carrier
The Tone:
This is an early career rotational program at Carrier, requiring shifting in-person locations across Florida, North Carolina, Indiana, or other states. This role is crucial for developing future finance leaders, providing exposure to market-leading products and services, and contributing to the company’s ethical, environmental, and financial performance.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Complete rotational assignments across various finance functions, including Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Operations Finance, and Investor Relations.
• Relocate annually to different company locations as required by rotation assignments across the program’s three years.
• Engage in continuous educational development through trainings, events, and case studies throughout the rotational experience.
• Receive mentorship from program alumni and Carrier executives to guide professional and career growth.
• Collaborate with global FLP members and participants from other Carrier leadership programs to build skills and tools.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance. Less than one year of full-time professional work experience.
• Experience: Less than one year of full-time professional work experience, willingness to travel 5%, and eligibility to work in the US without sponsorship. Must be a Fall 2026 or Spring/Summer 2027 graduate ready to start in mid-June 2027.
• Skills: Greater than or equal to 3.0 GPA, geographic mobility for yearly relocation, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and efficient PC skills in Excel & PowerPoint.
• Bonus: Master’s degree in Accounting, Business or Finance; leadership roles in extracurricular organizations or part-time jobs while in school; comfort with potential yearly relocation; strong time management, organization, and multi-tasking abilities.
