What You’ll Actually Do
• Define and evolve product vision and roadmaps aligned with overall business and digital strategies.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Leads and Product Analysts, managing capacity, performance, and career growth.
• Drive the full product lifecycle, from managing backlogs and trade-offs to leading major upgrades, refactors, and consolidations.
• Monitor product performance and health using metrics and feedback, addressing risks and Tier-2 issues through durable improvements.
• Cultivate strong partnerships with internal business partners and manage product-related vendors to align with company standards and strategy.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 8 years in digital product management, including 3+ years leading Product Leads or Product Analysts and managing a product portfolio. Demonstrated track record in owning product strategy, roadmap, lifecycle, and value delivery, alongside building and developing high-performing product teams.
• Skills: Strong data- and metrics-driven mindset for guiding roadmap and investment decisions, excellent communication and systems thinking skills to simplify complex flows, and proven experience designing and evolving product operating rhythms for predictability.
• Bonus: Prior experience in the construction or engineering industry; evidence of challenging current solutions and delivering measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, or user experience.
