Sales Leadership Development Associate (24-month Rotational Program) | Mondelēz International

This is a full-time, early career rotational role at Mondelēz International, preparing individuals for future sales leadership positions. What You’ll Actually Do
• Rotations: Participate in a formal rotational program to gain exposure across the Sales organization.
• Knowledge: Develop working knowledge in key Sales areas including direct selling, account management, insights, customer development, and sales planning.
• Planning: Build a comprehensive development and career plan with dedicated guidance and support.
• Networking: Form a robust network of supporters and gain exposure to senior leaders.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027. A Bachelor’s Degree in Business is preferred. Applicants must possess work authorization for employment in the U.S. that does not currently or in the future require visa sponsorship from Mondelēz International.
• Experience: This is an early career program designed for individuals without extensive prior professional experience. However, demonstrated student leadership experience is a key indicator of readiness for this accelerated program.
• Skills: Strong leadership potential, excellent communication skills, adaptability and interpersonal savvy, strong cognitive abilities, data pattern recognition, and a willingness to learn.
• License: A valid Driver’s License is required, as a company vehicle will be provided for this role.
