NextGen Leadership Program Associate | Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits, located in Dallas, TX. Through a two-year rotational program, associates will gain hands-on experience and contribute to shaping the future of beverage distribution.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Rotate across four, six-month core functions, taking on leadership assignments and projects.
• Learn the processes, methods, skills, knowledge, and experience necessary to deliver value to the organization.
• Define problems, scope projects, determine key deliverables, and anticipate outcomes to deliver tangible business benefits.
• Develop essential traits in decision making, teamwork, critical thinking, and problem solving.
• Support strategic initiatives by analyzing market trends, optimizing operations, or enhancing employee experiences within various rotational assignments.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree required, for graduating seniors or up to 2 years post-graduation. Preferred degrees include Business Administration/Management, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Supply Chain/Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or multi-disciplinary programs.
• Experience: Demonstrated leadership in school or work, with a proven track record of delivering results. Must be 21 years old or older at the start of the program.
• Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams. Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
• Bonus: Thrives in changing environments, embraces new challenges, eager to learn, open to feedback, and committed to self-improvement. Shows initiative, influence, and desire to lead. Located in or willing to relocate to Miramar, FL or Dallas, TX.
