What You’ll Actually Do
• Performance Frameworks: Develop and implement performance management frameworks, KPIs, and benchmarks to measure and improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Data Analysis & Insights: Monitor and analyze performance data to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities, providing actionable insights to senior management and operations teams.
• BI Dashboard Development: Create and maintain comprehensive business intelligence dashboards and reports to effectively track performance, operational trends, and key business indicators.
• Technology Implementation: Collaborate with IT and operations teams to identify, evaluate, and implement suitable technology solutions and BI tools for efficient data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement by facilitating performance review meetings, establishing action plans, and coordinating with teams to standardize processes and optimize workflows.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in performance management, business intelligence, or data analytics roles, preferably within the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) industry, coupled with strong project management skills.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex data sets, proficiency in business intelligence tools like Tableau or Power BI, knowledge of data manipulation using SQL, excellent communication and presentation skills, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Bonus: Specialist’s degree or Master’s degree.
