The Tone:

In this role, the Accountant will ensure the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of accounting operations, supporting the business across various functions. What You’ll Actually Do
• Invoicing: Participate in monthly client invoicing, maintain accurate revenue schedules, and ensure proper accounting for billable hours.
• Payables & Receivables: Process accounts payable, maintain vendor accounts, and ensure prompt collection of receivables while maintaining customer account accuracy.
• Expense Management: Serve as the company’s Concur expense software administrator and audit employee expense reports.
• Fixed Assets & Tax: Maintain fixed asset schedules by classifying assets, calculating depreciation, recording disposals, and preparing property, sales, and use tax returns.
• Close & Efficiency: Support timely and accurate monthly and year-end accounting close cycles, leveraging AI and automation to improve efficiency and workflows.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, demonstrating a strong accounting foundation.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in an accounting or finance role.
• Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, analytical problem solving, proficiency with technology including AI and automation, strong ownership and organization, and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Bonus: Stronger skills and experience are highly valued.
