• Mission: This person will maintain financial accuracy and operational efficiency for the SPBM/FI team by managing critical financial operations and reporting.
• Tech Stack: SQL, Excel, financial systems, databases, reporting tools

What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Operations: Perform daily financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash receipts, bank reconciliations, and 1099 activities.
• Reporting & Analysis: Generate, review, and analyze financial reports to meet client and operational requirements.
• Data Research: Utilize SQL and other reporting tools to research, validate, and analyze financial and operational data for discrepancies.
• Audit Support: Support audits, perform reconciliations, conduct gap analysis, and resolve financial discrepancies.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and technical teams to troubleshoot issues and provide ad hoc financial analysis.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Professional experience in financial operations, accounting, accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, or related finance functions.
• Experience: Demonstrated experience using SQL to query, validate, and analyze data for financial purposes.
• Skills: Strong Microsoft Excel skills, encompassing formulas, lookups, pivot tables, and data analysis techniques.
• Skills: Proven analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
