What You’ll Actually Do
• Facilitate connections: Bridge the gap between clients and experts through the company’s marketplace.
• Design knowledge requests: Understand client needs in detail and assist them in structuring their research inquiries.
• Onboard to platform: Assess specific knowledge requests and guide clients through the platform’s features and processes.
• Manage projects: Prioritize and handle multiple tasks effectively with clients and experts across diverse industries and geographies.
• Partner with clients: Build and maintain client trust in NewtonX as the preferred B2B research partner.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level professional with a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study.
• Experience: 0-2 years of professional work experience.
• Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, eagerness to learn new topics daily, clear and effective communication (both written and verbal), and a professional, client-service-oriented approach.
