Sr. Information Environment Analyst (Spanish) | General Dynamics Information Technology
The Tone:
This is a regular, full-time role with General Dynamics Information Technology, located on-site in Tampa, FL. GDIT delivers technology solutions and mission services to every major agency across the U.S. government, defense, and intelligence community. This position is critical for driving success and innovation, specifically supporting a social media program. The role focuses on coordinating and synchronizing operational activities within a cyber environment through social media research.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Expertise: Develop and maintain expertise with designated regional issues by drawing upon publicly available online information resources.
• Analysis: Read and analyze regional and ideological discussions in specified foreign language online media environments.
• Trend Identification: Examine current media statements or postings to support trend analysis and identify key communicators.
• Coordination: Coordinate trans-regional actions, planning, and execution of internet-based Military Information Support Operations (MISO) for government stakeholders.
• Briefing: Synthesize information and present briefings at the senior decision-maker level.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in a related business or technical discipline, with core domain knowledge in intelligence operations and information environment analysis; significant experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
• Experience: 7+ years of professional experience, specifically involving social media research and planning internet-based MISO operations.
• Skills: Ability to read, write, and understand Spanish; strong English written, oral, and interpersonal communication; ability to synthesize information and present briefings at the senior decision-maker level.
• Bonus: OSINT experience and Military or Department of Defense experience preferred.
