What You’ll Actually Do
• Collaboration: Collaborate with Senior staff to complete client engagement tasks efficiently and on time.
• Client Understanding: Develop a comprehensive working knowledge of client business operations.
• Deliverables: Prepare accurate workpapers and complete specified deliverables, including financial statements when required.
• Financial Operations: Review and reconcile balance sheet accounts, perform daily posting of cash transactions, and ensure timely cash reconciliations.
• Compliance: Conduct periodic internal audits on specific activities to ensure compliance with internal controls.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level professional with a Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• Experience: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and complete engagements within time constraints and deadlines.
• Skills: Advanced computer skills, including proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office programs with an emphasis on Excel. Excellent time management, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Capability to multitask and oversee several engagements simultaneously. Dedicated to superior client service; highly motivated, self-starter, and dependable.
