What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Engagement: Engage directly with customers through face-to-face interactions to effectively communicate product benefits and build rapport.
• Brand Representation: Professionally represent nationally recognized client products, services, and current promotions to potential and existing customers.
• Needs Assessment: Accurately identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions that align with both client offerings and customer requirements.
• Sales and Acquisition: Support and contribute to the achievement of sales and customer acquisition goals set for various client campaigns.
• Campaign Implementation: Assist with the logistical and operational aspects of promotional campaigns throughout the broader Montgomery area.
• Professional Development: Actively participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions, striving to develop robust leadership, communication, and management skills, while working towards individual and team performance goals.
