What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Reporting: Manage and prepare financial statements, general ledger activities, and month-end close processes as Staff or Senior Accountants.
• Accounting Leadership: Oversee accounting departments, manage teams, and ensure compliance as Accounting Managers, Controllers, or Directors of Accounting.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct financial planning, analysis, and forecasting to support strategic business decisions as FP&A Professionals or Finance Managers.
• Specialized Operations: Handle specific functions such as payroll processing, tax compliance, or internal and external audit procedures.
• Executive Oversight: Provide high-level financial strategy and management as VPs of Accounting or Finance, CFOs, and other executive leaders.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Experienced professionals in accounting, finance, audit, tax, payroll, or FP&A functions. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: Demonstrated experience within the accounting and finance domain. Public accounting experience may be preferred for specific roles.
• Skills: Strong technical aptitude, analytical capabilities, effective communication, and sound business judgment.
• Bonus: CPA or MBA certifications may be preferred for certain advanced positions.
