The Must-Haves
• Background: Minimum a Bachelor’s degree (up to PhD level) with a Cumulative GPA (CGPA) of 3.20 or higher, graduated prior to the first day, or in the final year of study.
• Experience: Less than three years of relevant work experience.
• Skills: Capacity to absorb information and analyze problems; ability to make objective decisions and generate original ideas; drive and resilience to achieve goals; flexibility to collaborate effectively within a team; credibility to influence others and openness to alternative perspectives.
