Private Client Banker – Nashua North | JPMorgan Chase

• Mission: To manage the complete banking relationships of select affluent clients and acquire new ones, ensuring they receive tailored financial advice and services to help them make the most of their lives.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Value: Share the value proposition of Chase Private Client with clients who may be eligible for the service.
• Relationship Management: Actively manage client banking relationships through an advice-based approach, ensuring each client receives the best products and services for their needs.
• Expert Connection: Partner with Specialists such as Private Client Advisors, Mortgage Bankers, and Business Relationship Managers to connect customers to experts for specialized financial needs.
• Self-Service Enablement: Make clients’ lives more convenient by sharing and setting up self-service options to access their accounts 24 hours a day/7 days a week.
• Compliance Adherence: Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements relevant to the role.
The Must-Haves
• Background: High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent. Core domain knowledge in Branch Banking or equivalent financial services experience.
• Experience: 1+ year experience in a Branch Banking Banker role or equivalent financial services position, with verifiable success in new client acquisition, cultivating and maintaining customer relationships, and revenue generation.
• Skills: Demonstrated success using a value-added, relationship-oriented approach to acquire and deepen client relationships. Successfully complete the Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6/7, state registration (including 63 or 66 if required), and Life licenses within 180 days of starting the role, if not already registered. Compliance with Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act requirements and National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) registration under the SAFE Act of 2008. Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.
