What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Relationship Management: Build a book of business and cultivate strong client relationships by relying on leadership and relationship-building skills, consistently focusing on relationship management over portfolio management.
• Financial Planning & Advice: Offer comprehensive financial planning and advice to individuals and families, delivering personalized investment solutions to meet their financial needs.
• Digital Client Empowerment: Educate clients on available technology and digital innovations to help them monitor, maintain, and confidently handle their investments when, where, and how they want.
• Holistic Financial Coaching: Provide a holistic view of clients’ needs, offering financial coaching beyond investments and making Chase partner referrals to deepen client relationships.
• Team & Bank Advocacy: Champion and support your teammates’ success and the goals of the bank, while actively fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A professional with at least 2 years of experience in a Financial Advisor role or equivalent financial services capacity.
• Experience: Demonstrated success in client acquisition, cultivating and maintaining client relationships, and effectively integrating with key partners. Proven ability and commitment to goals-based planning and delivering sound financial advice.
• Skills: Required active Series 7 license; required active Series 66 (63/65) license or ability to obtain within 60 days of starting; required active Life, Health and Long Term Care Insurance license or ability to obtain within 60 days of starting. Deep understanding of financial markets, sound business judgment, and unwavering integrity.
• Bonus: Certified Financial Planning (CFP®) certification is preferred. A Bachelor’s degree is also preferred.
