This hands-on role is crucial for developing individuals from the ground level into leadership positions. Trainees will drive market share and customer acquisition, supporting multi-million-dollar telecommunications campaigns.

The TL;DR

• Pay: $100000–$250000 yearly
• Mission: Develop individuals through sales execution, team leadership, client acquisition, project oversight, and business operations to increase market share for a major telecommunications client.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Sales Execution: Learn and execute face-to-face sales systems and customer acquisition strategies.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor newer team members, assisting with campaign execution and developing coaching abilities.
• Client Management: Work directly with customers and clients to develop communication and presentation skills.
• Project Oversight: Learn backend reporting, track data, and assist in managing project operations and expansion goals.
• Business Development: Oversee campaign performance, manage client portfolio expectations, and support large-scale expansion efforts.

• Background: Entry-Level. No prior experience is required, but an interest in leadership and long-term growth is essential.
• Experience: Full training and mentorship are provided, developing individuals from entry-level into leadership positions.
