Grocery Manager In Training | MOM’s Organic Market

The Tone:
This is a full-time, in-person role at MOM’s Organic Market, with work across multiple store locations within an hour’s commute. What You’ll Actually Do
• Participate: Engage in a structured and supported Manager In Training program designed for leadership development.
• Develop: Follow an Individual Development Plan (IDP) with learning goals, receiving consistent feedback and coaching.
• Master: Acquire proficiency in essential operational tasks, including ordering products and writing schedules.
• Gain Experience: Work in a minimum of two stores to experience varying sales volumes, management styles, and unique challenges.
• Influence: Positively affect the store environment, customer experience, and future direction of the company as a MOM’s leader.
