This is a full-time role at Wipro, located in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This role is crucial for designing intuitive and effective user experiences, helping clients realize their ambitions and build future-ready, sustainable businesses. The UX Lead L1 will be instrumental in mapping user journeys and translating business objectives into user-centered designs.

• Mission: This person owns the responsibility of partnering with business stakeholders to understand objectives and requirements, then mapping and designing end-to-end user experiences for complex, transactional systems.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Stakeholder Partnership: Partner with business stakeholders to understand their objectives and requirements, then map the user experience through various artifacts.
• Design Application: Apply user-centered and data-driven design methodologies to inform the end-to-end design process with requirements, use cases, concept visualization, prototyping, user research, and interaction patterns.
• Communication: Communicate ideas, concepts, and user interface direction clearly with key stakeholders to align on design vision.
• Documentation & Delivery: Produce standardized, effective design communication to articulate user research insights, design concepts, and final deliverables.
• UI Development: Develop wireframes and specifications while integrating user interface best practices and standards into design solutions.
The Must-Haves
• Background: This role requires a professional with user experience expertise within a service development environment.
• Experience: 7+ years of experience as a UX consultant on projects for high-profile clients, with overall experience ranging from 5-8 years. Must have examples of work across digital strategy, workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and other UX documentation, including experience with Mobile Platforms.
• Skills: Ability to create user journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes; proficiency in user research and defining interaction patterns; strong understanding of user interface best practices and standards; and effective design communication.
• Bonus: Expertise in user interface design coupled with proficient visual design sensibility is desirable. Domain knowledge and experience in the financial services industry, specifically working on data-intensive, transaction-oriented applications, is highly desirable.
