What You’ll Actually Do
• Contribute: Contribute to client projects and strategic solutions early in your tenure.
• Transform: Transform complex datasets into compelling narratives using modern tools to derive actionable insights and ensure data integrity.
• Support: Support the full experimentation lifecycle by designing statistically sound hypotheses and analyzing A/B test results to validate business ideas.
• Communicate: Interact with stakeholders to gather requirements, ensure transparent communication, and apply a hypothesis-driven approach to solve business problems.
• Develop: Grow your skillset with certifications and hands-on mentorship, progressing towards completing tasks and assignments independently by year-end.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree between Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 in Statistics, Mathematics, Research, Economics, Quantitative Psychology / Sociology, or another applicable degree. Entry-Level.
• Experience: Beginner proficiency or coursework in research, basic statistical literacy, and basic data visualization. AI Fluency with a baseline understanding of Generative AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or GitHub Copilot) and a demonstrated ability to apply prompts to accelerate delivery.
• Skills: Research, basic statistical literacy, basic data visualization, generative AI tools.
• Bonus: SQL, Python, or R proficiency, and/or relevant internships or project experience.
