This is a full-time, hybrid rotational development program at CNH Industrial, located in Racine, Wisconsin, United States. The TL;DR

• Type: Full Time
• Location: Hybrid, Racine, Wisconsin, United States
• Pay: $63750–$85000 yearly
• Team: Rotates through 4-5 departments within the Finance organization, including Corporate Accounting, Treasury, Financial Services, FP&A, Industrial Control, Parts & Service Finance, Logistics Finance, and Internal Audit.
• Mission: Gain a broad understanding of how various Finance teams collaborate to support the business through a structured 2-year program.
• Tech Stack: Excel, Access, Power BI

What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Support key tasks and projects within assigned Finance departments, including financial analysis, accounting, and financial reporting.
• Reconcile: Prepare journal entries and complete account reconciliations, and assist with financial statement analysis.
• Report: Create and analyze reports, prepare presentations as needed, and provide audit support.
• Investigate: Investigate and help resolve accounting and reporting issues within various projects.
• Improve: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiencies and support critical initiatives related to topics such as sales incentives, inventory management, and cost reductions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Accounting Specialization required; degree must be completed before the start of the program. This is an entry-level program.
• Experience: Preferred one year of experience working on projects involving large amounts of data; preferred two years of experience working with Excel; preferred internship or other work experience in Accounting and/or Finance.
• Skills: Financial analysis, accounting, financial reporting, problem-solving, project management, process improvements, data analysis.
