Warehouse Management Trainee | Uline

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Uline, located in Reno, NV. Uline is North America’s leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, with over 9,800 employees across 14 locations. This role is for an emerging warehousing leader, a champion for collaboration, training, and teamwork, to learn the ins and outs of warehouse operations and leadership through hands-on experience. • Team: Develops Warehouse Management skills by rotating through inbound, outbound, and supporting warehouse departments.
• Mission: Master all aspects of warehouse operations management and leadership through an 18-month rotational program to uphold exceptional levels of accuracy, safety, and performance.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Master: Master all aspects of warehouse operations management through an 18-month rotational program providing on-the-job learning.
• Participate: Participate in hands-on training across all warehouse teams including inbound, outbound, and supporting departments.
• Develop: Develop Warehouse Management skills to uphold exceptional levels of accuracy, safety, and performance in a high-performing warehouse environment.
• Complete: Complete forklift and warehouse equipment certifications throughout warehouse job rotations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree; Entry-Level career in warehouse management.
• Experience: Ability to learn quickly in a warehouse management environment.
• Skills: Enthusiastic, self-motivated team player with the ability to multitask; Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with strong attention to detail.
