The Tone:
This is a full-time role at GALLO, located onsite. Gallo is a family-owned company with a 90+ year legacy, known for its extensive portfolio of 130+ alcohol beverage brands, including wine, malt, spirits, and ready-to-drink beverages. What You’ll Actually Do
• Build: Develop a dynamic career in Operations through hands-on experience, leadership development, and meaningful business impact.
• Rotate: Participate in rotational assignments across various functions, including winery/spirits plant operations, harvest, maintenance, supply chain, quality, performance engineering, EHS, sales, and IT product teams.
• Lead: Take on Team Leader roles with hourly direct report responsibilities during at least two rotations, developing, coaching, and mentoring others.
• Improve: Gain exposure to operating procedures, policies, projects, and performance goals while developing solutions that support safety, quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate: Work with teams across multiple sites, communicate project status, support process improvements, and make informed operational decisions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, Operations Management, Engineering, or Engineering Management; OR currently enrolled in such a program; OR a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree plus a manufacturing internship.
• Experience: Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when necessary; ability to work at different sites or locations throughout program rotations, with potential relocation; required travel up to 5% of the time.
• Skills: Ability to lead people, manage work, and make informed operational decisions; strong communication, enlisting, engaging, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments.
• Bonus: Prior internship experience in operations, manufacturing, project or process management, CPG manufacturing systems, or winery/beverage manufacturing systems; senior class standing in a relevant Bachelor’s degree; wine/spirits/beverages knowledge, including fermentation science, wine chemistry, or food safety.
