2027 US Finance Trainee Program | Kraft Heinz
The Tone:
This is a ten-month leadership development program at Kraft Heinz, primarily based in Chicago, IL, with required field rotations. Kraft Heinz is a global food company that builds iconic and emerging food and beverage brands, aiming to disrupt its own business and the global food industry. This role is designed to grow the future leaders who will drive impact across the business, strengthen financial performance, and build their legacy within the organization.

• Team: Placed within Financial Planning & Analysis, Business Unit Finance Teams, Supply Chain Finance, Customer Finance, Revenue Growth Management, Treasury & Tax, and other teams.
• Mission: Identify value-creation opportunities and deliver analytics-driven improvements that strengthen financial performance and decision-making.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Onboarding: Complete two to four weeks of immersive onboarding to learn the business end-to-end, build connections, and prepare to drive impact.
• Project Rotations: Execute two 4-month project rotations, bringing creative solutions across various business functions.
• Leadership Development: Participate in a dedicated week of leadership development focused on the company’s WIN leadership principles.
• Value Creation: Partner with business stakeholders to identify value-creation opportunities within finance teams.
• Financial Analysis: Deliver analytics-driven improvements through projects such as budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, and cost initiatives.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Pursuing a Bachelors degree with anticipated graduation between November 1, 2026, and June 30, 2027. Entry-Level.
• Experience: No specific years of experience required, must be enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program.
• Skills: Innovative thinking, problem-solving, challenging the status quo, leadership, and simplifying complex concepts.
