2027 Entry Level IT Analyst | Solar Turbines

• Mission: To start the development and training of the next generation of well-rounded and highly competent technology professionals through an analyst rotation program.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Foundation: Develop foundational technical skills through challenging assignments within the IT Solutions Entry Level Rotation Program.
• Exposure: Gain comprehensive exposure to Solar Turbines operations and acquire deep product knowledge across various business functions.
• Contribution: Contribute to diverse projects, assisting in areas such as quality assurance, software development, customer support, project management, and system administration.
• Interfacing: Interface with key support and business roles to develop a holistic understanding of the technology life cycle and its business impact.
• Rotation: Engage in yearly rotations through departments including Market Facing Information Technology, Enterprise Applications, Cybersecurity, and Manufacturing Information Technology.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Minimum of a Bachelor of Science Degree in STEM or Computer Science.
• Experience: 0-3 years of related experience, with previous internship and/or relevant work experience in a technology related field.
• Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, good business / technical judgment, and the ability to handle multiple priorities for a variety of tasks.
• Bonus: Must be able and willing to relocate to San Diego, CA, possess a high energy level and sense of urgency, and be capable of working in a fast-paced cross-functional team environment.
