Manager – Industrial (Warehouse & Logistic) – Leasing / Sales | CBRE

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at CBRE, located in Thailand. CBRE is the global leader in commercial real estate services and investment, helping businesses and people thrive. This position is crucial for leading and executing industrial and logistics property transactions, providing strategic advisory to clients, and driving revenue growth. The role focuses on delivering significant impact through transaction leadership, market expertise, and client relationship management.

• Mission: Lead industrial and logistics property transactions and provide strategic advisory to clients to achieve optimal commercial outcomes and drive revenue growth.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Transaction Leadership: Lead end-to-end industrial and logistics property transactions, covering origination, execution, negotiation of lease/sale agreements, due diligence, and documentation.
• Strategic Client Advisory: Advise landlords, developers, investors, and occupiers on comprehensive leasing, acquisition, disposal, and location strategies within the industrial and logistics market.
• Market Intelligence & Analysis: Build deep expertise in the industrial and logistics property market, performing market and financial data analysis, conducting feasibility assessments, and providing actionable recommendations.
• Business Development & Client Management: Drive new revenue growth by actively networking, cultivating industry relationships, expanding the existing client base, and effectively managing deal pipelines and revenue targets.
• Operational & Team Oversight: Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders for timely transaction delivery, manage risk assessment, ensure accurate reporting and compliance, and coach junior team members.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field, with strong commercial acumen for strategic advisory.
• Experience: Demonstrated experience managing landlords, occupiers, and senior stakeholders, including handling conflict and challenging negotiations effectively.
• Skills: Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills; high attention to detail; strong problem-solving skills; fluent in both Thai and English (written and spoken).
• Bonus: Prior experience in commercial real estate brokerage, advisory, or sales.
