FP&A Finance Internship (Paid) – Fall 2026 | LindFast Solutions Group

As an FP&A Intern, you will directly help shape the future of the business by understanding how financial decisions drive operational performance and enterprise value creation.

The TL;DR
• Role: Internship
• Type: Part-time (15-20 hours per week)
• Location: Remote / Hybrid, United States

• Team: Finance team, working with finance leadership and cross-functional teams
• Mission: To support budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, performance analysis, and strategic initiatives to understand how financial decisions drive operational performance and enterprise value creation.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft Excel, Power BI, ERP systems

What You’ll Actually Do
• Reporting: Support monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, and key performance indicator (KPI) reporting.
• Planning: Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and annual planning processes.
• Analysis: Analyze revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, and key operational and financial drivers.
• Modeling: Build and maintain Excel-based financial analyses, models, and reporting tools.
• Presentation: Assist in preparing dashboards and presentations for finance and executive leadership.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Current undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Experience: Demonstrated analytical capability with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bonus: Experience with financial modeling, Power BI, Tableau, or ERP systems.
