What You’ll Actually Do:
• Assist: Assist in the management and execution of programs designed to enhance dealership service, sales, and operational processes.
• Collaborate: Collaborate with dealership teams to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
• Monitor: Monitor program performance and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Conduct: Conduct on-site visits to dealerships across the United States to ensure program success and compliance.
• Analyze: Gather and analyze data to measure program effectiveness and identify opportunities for optimization.

The Must-Haves:
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Software, Technology, IT, Business, Automotive Management, or a related field; suitable for new college graduates.
• Experience: Willingness to travel extensively (80% travel required) to dealership locations across the United States.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Self-motivation with a desire to learn and grow within the organization; Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
